Mrs. Sandra Carmichael was appointed to the office of Sixth Ward Councilperson in March of 2005.
She lives on Sixth Avenue with her husband Roger. They have two sons and four grandsons. She currently works for Madison School District and currently is the Vice-President of their union.
Her civic involvement includes member of the finance / audit committee, Vice Chair on rules committee and member of the streets & traffic committee and also the zoning committee.
