Litter Control Annual Design a T-Shirt Contest The Mansfield Litter Prevention & Recycling Program is proud to sponsor a Design a T-Shirt contest every fall. The Design a T-Shirt Contest is open to all Mansfield/Richland County public and private school students, grades 2-8. We invite students to join us in this environmental campaign by creating a graphic design illustrating the key messages of the Division of Recycling & Litter Prevention, which include any of the following: Litter Prevention, Recycling, Buy Recycled or "Plant Pride, Not Litter" Designs must be original and cannot include copyrighted/trademark characters or logos (i.e. Winnie the Pooh, Bugs Bunny, Pepsi). A limit of three (3) colors using only crayons or markers on a white background are accepted. No pencils or colored pencils are allowed. T-shirt's must be signed on the lower right hand corner of the form. All entries that do not follow the criteria will be immediately disqualified. Prizes are awarded for first, second, and third place in grades 2-4 and 5-8.
