Department of Service Safety

The Department of Service Safety is under the supervision of Director Ron Kreuter. The Division of Police and the Division of Fire are in the Department of Service Safety.

Division of Police Mission Statement

To deliver to the citizens of Mansfield a professional police service dedicated to improving the quality of life through a community partnership which promotes safe, secure neighborhoods. The guiding Principle of operation for accomplishing the Division's mission is founded in the Latin phrase, "Pro Bono Publico," for the public good.

It is the team mission of the Mansfield Division of Fire to provide professional, high quality fire, emergency medical and specialty services to the community with pride and dedication, resulting in the saving of life, property and the environment.
