Street, Sign and Signal Department Sign Maintenance In 2000, the City of Mansfield had 12,848 signs inventoried in use. In 2000, we completed 1,311 work orders that were generated by Master-Mind Inventory crew, Mansfield Division of Police work orders and problem reports. The completed work orders included repair and/or replacement of 249 stop signs, 426 no-parking signs of various types, 175 street name signs and 56 speed limit signs. Street Scape Banners Councilman Versaw provides an annual list of banners with instructions. In 2000, we hung and removed approximately 669 banners on 96 brackets for various City functions. Other Projects In addition to the regular sign maintenance, the Street, Sign and Signal Department also placed and removed all holiday decorations for the City of Mansfield.
